About the role
As a Paralegal you will manage a routine planning and infrastructure agreements and licences caseload, assist with property‑related work and support complex planning matters such as judicial review claims, due diligence and public inquiries.
Responsibilities
* Undertake own caseload of routine planning and infrastructure agreements and licences.
* Assist with property‑related work.
* Support team members on complex planning matters including judicial review claims, due diligence, public inquiries.
* Other duties delegated by senior partner or team member.
Team
Led by experienced partners, our planning team spans two UK offices and works with public sector bodies, private landowners and major house builders.
About you
We’re looking for someone with experience working in a legal or business environment, confident dealing with clients independently or as part of a team. A basic understanding of planning, highways and property law is helpful, as is experience managing transactions from start to finish. The ability to handle high volume work is an advantage.
