We’re looking for self-motivated, organised, music obsessed individuals with sales experience and a hunger to learn music marketing and artist promotion.

Ideal Candidate:
* Self-motivated, resilient and highly organised
* Experienced in music or artist development
* Enthusiastic about discovering new talent
* Wide musical taste and understanding of industry trends
* Passionate about helping artists across genres grow and develop
* Reliable internet connection and own laptop/computer
Responsibilities:
* Scout and identify new artists, producers and songs
* Connect artists with relevant teams when needed
* No KPIs or outbound sales required
Salary Terms: (This is a commission based role)
* Outbound sales: 20% of sale
