Job Title: Senior Procurement Manager
Salary: £80,000 - £85,000 + Bonus and Benefits

As part of an ambitious procurement transformation, the company is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead a high-performing team and take ownership of strategic sourcing, BPO and offshoring. You will manage key supplier relationships and collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business with no line management responsibility.
This is a highly visible role combining strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and stakeholder engagement—positioning you at the heart of a fast-evolving, creative enterprise where procurement is a key enabler of innovation and growth.
The company follows a three-day in-office policy to foster a collaborative work environment, while also recognising and supporting the need for flexibility among its employees.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sourcing strategies for call and contact centres, using your industry knowledge whilst aligning with the company’s long-term goals and targets.
* Drive end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier negotiations, contract optimisation cross-functional alignment, and performance tracking.
* Achieve significant cost savings and reduce risks through effective sourcing and procurement practices.
* Own strategic relationship management, including engaging with key internal stakeholders and key suppliers.
* Managing escalations to ensure business needs are met and procurement goals are aligned with broader business objectives.
What You'll Bring:
* Previous experience working as a Procurement Manager in for a global business.
* MUST have experience in supplier relationship management both on and offshore and BPO.
* Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with experience in negotiating major agreement with suppliers.
* Able to work from their office in London 3 days a week.
Desirable:
* Experience with call and contact centres.
