This leading City insurance firm is looking for a lawyer to work with construction professionals and their insurers across all industry sectors on an initial 9 month fixed term contract. You will be advising and defending D&B contractors, engineers, architects, project managers, surveyors and other consultants and their insurers on claims and risk management issues. This will involve resolving construction disputes, errors and omissions, defects claims and financial disputes as well as all aspects of construction insurance. Ideally you will be available immediately or on a short notice period and have relevant construction experience gained either in private practice or in-house.
