About the Role Director of Construction We are seeking an inspirational and strategic leader to shape the future of our Construction and Engineering faculty. As Director of Construction, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of an outstanding learning experience - ensuring that students, apprentices, and staff thrive within a high-performance culture aligned with our Learning Philosophy and learner journey. In this pivotal role, you will drive excellence across all aspects of curriculum delivery, champion continuous improvement, and raise educational standards. Responsible for leading high-performing teams, overseeing quality assurance processes, and fostering a safe and supportive learning environment. Additionally, you will engage with industry partners to ensure our curriculum remains relevant and future-focused, while supporting staff development and aligning faculty performance with Activate Learning’s strategic objectives. Relevant professional and teaching qualification in construction, with deep knowledge of effective learning environments and pedagogical best practices.
