Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Service Engineer to join our Fuels Specialties Customer Technical Services (FS-CTS) team, based at our Millbrook facility. In this role, you’ll work alongside a skilled team of engineers and scientists, developing and delivering practical solutions that enhance fuel performance and support customer success.
Role Responsibilities
1. Act as a key interface between Innospec, Millbrook, and other test suppliers.
2. Generate clear, accurate reports from tests carried out at Millbrook and other facilities for business and marketing use.
3. Support day-to-day system operations to ensure efficient running of the Millbrook office.
4. Translate customer and research group needs into effective test programmes, prepare cost projections, oversee test operations, and provide comprehensive reports as required.
5. Visit customer sites as required, with support from the Senior Technical Service Engineer.
6. Develop a strong understanding of current industry test methods.
7. Assist with participation in CEC and other external industry committees.
8. Support the preparation and delivery of agent and sales training seminars.
