Position: Mechanical Fitter
Location: Heysham, Lancashire
Hours: 10hrs/day, Mon-Sun
Shifts: 13 on 1 off
Start Date:
Duration: 6-8 weeks
Pay Rates: Blue Book Grade 5, PAYE direct:
1st 38 Hrs Mon-Fri: £19.11/hr + £2.30/hr Hol Pay
Over 38 Hrs Mon-Fri and Sat am: £26.75/hr
Sat pm & Sun: £34.40/hr
£43.27/day lodge allowance

The Role:
Our client has a requirement for 10+ Mechanical Fitters for a shutdown on a nuclear power station in Heysham, Lancashire. Duties will include the overhaul of valves and the removal, maintenance and installation of other mechanical equipment and components on site.
Essential Requirements:
CCNSG card
Mechanical Apprenticeship / City & Guilds / NVQ 3
Valve maintenance experience
Current CTC nuclear clearance
Previous nuclear site experience desirable
