We’re currently looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our Logistics department. This is a varied and active role where you’ll be involved in everything from picking and packing customer orders to loading transport vehicles and supporting stock takes. You’ll play a key part in helping us deliver a great customer experience.
This is a full time (39.5 hours per week) permanent role working rotating day shifts at our Letchworth Garden City head office. The hours are Week 1: 6am‑2pm, Week 2: 2pm‑10pm (earlier finish on the Friday late shift).
About the Role
* Picking and packing flooring orders to meet deadlines
* Loading and unloading transport vehicles
* Supporting stock takes and maintaining accurate records
* Keeping your work area tidy and safe through 5S processes
* Following operating procedures and health & safety guidelines
* Supporting continuous improvement and contributing ideas
* Working flexibly across different tasks and shifts as needed

Requirements
* Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
* A positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work safely and responsibly in a busy environment
* Forklift truck driving experience or willingness to train
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
* PC literate and confident with basic systems
