Multiskilled Engineer (Days) Location: Enniskillen Hours: 6am-6pm Week 1: Mon / Tues / Fri / Sat / Sun (60hrs) Week 2: Wed / Thurs (24hrs) We're looking for a skilled and motivated Multiskilled Engineer to keep our production lines running smoothly and safely. If you enjoy problem-solving, continuous improvement, and making a real impact on factory performance, this role is for you. What You'll Do Respond to breakdowns quickly and get equipment back up and running. Carry out proactive/reactive maintenance to hit performance and OEE targets. Use our PPM system (SAP) to log work and keep maintenance plans on track. Ensure machinery runs safely, efficiently, and to specification. Work with Engineering Leaders and contractors on complex repairs and improvements. Maintain clear documentation and deliver effective handovers. Support training on machine operation and champion Health & Safety. Get involved in Continuous Improvement and environmental initiatives. What You'll Bring Essential Level 3 City & Guilds (or equivalent) in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronic Engineering. Time-served apprenticeship 6 months post-apprenticeship experience. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and prioritise safely. Desirable Manufacturing or food industry experience. PLC or welding experience. Lean knowledge and SAP PM skills. 17th/18th Edition (or equivalent).
