The Role: At Delice, Finance plays a central role in driving commercial performance across the business. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented analyst with strong commercial curiosity to join ourBusiness Insights teamat our Southall Head Office. This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad exposure to an FMCG food business and develop strong analytical and stakeholder-facing skills. The role will support the end-to-endCustomer Journey, helping to turn data into insight through core reporting, process improvement and data management. You will work closely with Sales and Finance teams, helping prioritise and support our customer base via: 1. The production of internal and external reporting and commercial insight 2. Continuous improvement of reporting, data quality and processes 3. Cross-functional collaboration to support customer and business performance
