Overview
Felsted ward is an acute medical ward with 20 beds, specialising in renal care. We are recruiting Band 3 Health Care Assistants to help maintain our high standard of care. The successful candidates will work in a busy and dynamic clinic environment, alongside nursing and medical staff, to help with patient flow. From you join, you will have access to learning, development and training opportunities to provide safe and compassionate patient care as you progress.

Responsibilities
* Undertaking observations, ECGs and urine samples
* Transferring patients to other clinical areas
* Talking to patients and their families
* Monitoring patient conditions and escalating concerns
* Carrying out a wide range of tasks to support patient flow and care
Skills and Qualifications
* Caring and kind, with cheerful and friendly demeanor
* Able to follow direct instructions
* Happy to work in a team but also able to use own initiative
* Good listening and communication skills
* Well organised with the ability to escalate concerns
