Job Description:
Our Client are looking to recruit an Architectural Technologist or Technician to join the expanding design team within this bespoke Housing Developer in West Yorkshire.
With their design remaining in house this provides an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technologist or Technician in the early stages of their career to develop skill sets within the residential sector.
With the full support of experienced colleagues you will be involved in producing standard details, working drawings and feasibility layouts for new and existing sites in the Yorkshire region.
Person Specification:
Candidates do not necessarily need to have direct housing experience but of course this would be advantageous.
What is essential is a can and will do attitude and a willingness to learning and/or developing your existing Architectural skills.
AutoCAD experience is required along with 1-3 years working experience either in Practice or with another Housing Developer.
