What You’ll Do
You’ll step into a career-defining opportunity, helping shape the future of the UK's largest mobile network as we bring together our strengths to create something extraordinary. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving transformation—ensuring that investment decisions deliver real value, performance stays on track, and leadership has the insights needed to make confident, impactful decisions. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across Business Operations and Finance, translating complex data into clear stories that guide the business forward.
* Develop and manage compelling business cases that support transformation initiatives
* Provide insight to help prioritise investments and shape strategic decisions
* Track and report value delivery against agreed financial and operational targets
* Identify risks to value delivery and drive mitigation actions to keep programmes on track
* Deliver clear, structured reporting and insights to senior stakeholders
* Define and maintain robust value tracking frameworks and methodologies
* Create performance dashboards and reporting that enable leadership visibility
* Collaborate with Business Operations and Finance teams to ensure alignment on targets and outcomes
* Support quarterly performance and value review cycles, ensuring transparency and accountability
Who You Are
* You have strong experience in financial analysis, business case development, and performance management
* You’re confident tracking and validating financial and operational benefits across complex programmes
* You bring advanced data analysis skills (e.g. Excel, financial modelling, performance reporting)
* You have strong commercial awareness and understand cost drivers and value levers within service operations
* You’re comfortable working closely with Finance and business stakeholders to align on targets and performance
* You can turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence senior decision-making
* You have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in your analysis and reporting
* You understand the telecoms industry and its market dynamics (consulting experience is a plus)
