Washing, cleaning and organising crockery, glassware, cutlery, pots, pans and kitchen equipment to a consistently high standard Keeping kitchen areas, floors, surfaces and wash-up stations spotless and safe throughout service Supporting the chef brigade with basic food preparation tasks where needed Receiving, checking and storing deliveries, and helping keep stock organised Managing waste and recycling correctly and responsibly Following all food hygiene, health and safety, and COSHH procedures Helping the kitchen run smoothly during busy services so chefs can focus on the food ?
