The Opportunity
This is a unique role for a leader who has evolved from business strategy into broader general management. You’ll be responsible for driving profitable growth across a variety of high growth technologies, working closely with global leadership, R&D, and key customers.
Your focus will be on integrating acquisitions, scaling innovation pipelines, building customer intimacy, and ensuring operational agility while delivering strong commercial returns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead business unit strategy and execution, aligning global goals with local delivery
* Own full P&L accountability, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability
* Shape and lead commercial, marketing, and innovation teams to accelerate customer value
* Integrate newly acquired businesses and product lines into a cohesive operating model
* Collaborate closely with R&D, operations, and supply chain to drive innovation from bench to shelf
* Build strong customer partnerships with leading food and beverage brands globally
* Act as a strategic voice within the group, contributing to corporate M&A and transformation planning
Candidate Profile:
* Strong background in business strategy and commercial leadership, within the ingredients or flavour sector
* Progressed into roles with P&L accountability or general management scope
* Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed, or PE/investor-backed environments preferred
* Customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate market insight into commercial outcomes
* Track record of scaling innovation and leading high-performance teams across borders
* Agile, hands-on leader with a strategic lens and operational execution capability
* Comfortable navigating complexity, change, and integration within a growth context
