As an Account Manager, you are the face of Hilti and the foundation of our direct sales model. This role involves engaging in meaningful interactions with customers and adopting a consultative approach to support their needs in improving productivity, safety, and sustainability.

What does the role involve?
* Visiting sites and customers, asking open questions to understand their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
* Demonstrating innovative products and software to customers on-site.
* Developing focus customers by building relationships and uncovering new business opportunities.
* Managing your sales area operationally, organizationally, and strategically, utilizing the Salesforce CRM system.
