Key responsibilities
1. Cooking of centralised menus
2. Ability to keep wasage to a minimum and able to create sustainable food
3. Support in creation of a quarterly, seasonal rotational menu
4. Management of at least 1 CDP
5. Work closely with the cafe FOH team to ensure customers continue to use BMA cafe
6. Support in some weekend and evening hospitality events when needed
7. Keep control of costs whilst still creating great food
