Established in 2024, Cali Decor is a proven and fast- growing establishment and we are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our professional team in Hamilton.

The role is office-based, interacting with our directors, customers suppliers and the Cali Decor Team. Attention to detail, communication skills and ability to follow structured processes are a key prerequisite for this role.

You will play a key part in supporting the Managing Director, ensuring calendars are managed efficiently as well as maintaining accurate company records to help the business run smoothly. Your role will support the business’s commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide direct administrative support to the Managing Director, including scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.

* Prepare documents, reports, and internal communications as required.

* Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems to a high standard.

* Coordinate day to day office activities

* Supporting internal teams

* Management of office stock and building vendor relationships

* Assisting with implementation of office procedures utilising existing internal systems.

* Key point of contact for all staff, clients and suppliers.

* Manage incoming calls, e-mails and general enquiries.

* Coordinate meetings, appointments and company events.

* Assist with Data entry, invoicing and tracking orders for projects where required.

* Support HR-related administrative tasks such as onboarding documentation and maintaining employee records.

What They're Looking For

* Proven experience in an office based administrative role

* Excellent organisational skills and time management skills

* Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail

* Able to work independently while also being a supportive team player

* Ability to commute reliably to our offices in Barnclueth Business Centre, Hamilton, ML3 7DP (own transport preferred).
