Your new company
This forward‑thinking, international practice brings together accountants and specialist advisors who genuinely collaborate to deliver a full, joined‑up service to clients. With a strong overseas footprint and a varied international client base, the firm is particularly well known for developing newly qualified accountants and giving them early responsibility and visibility.
You'll be encouraged to broaden your skill set - not sit in a silo - with a clear, well‑trodden progression path from newly qualified through to Partner if that's where you want to go. It's a progressive, ambitious environment that backs its people properly
Your new role
1. This is a highly client‑facing role. You'll deal directly with clients from day one, build trusted relationships, attend meetings and get involved in networking and business development activity alongside senior colleagues. There is also scope for international exposure and occasional overseas you're keen to be well‑rounded, commercial and visible - rather than quietly buried in a service line - this role will suit you perfectly.
What you'll need to succeed:
2. Newly qualified ACA or ACCA (ideal 2025/2026 qualifier)
3. Strong grounding across audit, statutory accounts and corporate tax
4. Experience preparing accounts and annual returns
5. Comfortable managing client relationships and communicating at all levels
6. Confidence reviewing work and supporting more junior team members
7. A proactive, curious mindset and appetite for long‑term progression
