Your new role:
As a key member of the Technical Operations Team, your role is to manage and complete risk capture and endorsement processing, ensuring accurate and timely data recording.
Responsibilities include:
* Binding/Slip Processing: Managing data entry and accuracy for inwards business, liaising with stakeholders, and improving processes.
* Outsourced Management: Ensuring SOPs, SLAs, and KPIs are maintained and met.
* Earnings: Coordinating with the Actuarial team to update earning patterns monthly.
* Data Quality: Maintaining data accuracy, training teams, and collaborating with Data Quality teams to address issues.
* Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Overseeing month-end procedures, workload management, audit support, and reporting.
Minimum Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
* At least 10 years in the Insurance industry.
* Operations/Management experience, including managing outsourced providers.
* Understanding of Underwriting and Policy Administration systems.
* Proficiency in MS Word, Adobe, Outlook, and Excel.
* Strong communication, stakeholder relationship skills, and report presentation abilities.
* Excellent prioritization, time management, and independent work skills.
