Could you be our next leader of SENDCO. We are looking for someone who can take our school to the next level following our successful and well-deserved Ofsted report:

"Pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) are well-supported by staff who understand their needs. " Ofsted 2024

We understand their needs... but we need your help and experience to understand them even better and make sure that they are given the best support possible. We have strong aspirations for our students with a real drive for them to achieve alongside high standards and expectations. Our Trauma Perceptive Practice approach aids us in our understanding that behaviour is a form of communication. Seeing is believing to understand our true commitment to giving children the education they deserve! You will always receive a warm and friendly welcome here. Our staff are committed, hard-working and hungry to develop.

* Are committed to giving children the very best opportunities to learn and thrive.
* Are reflective, motivated, and eager to develop their skills.
* Are excited about developing our SEND offer and building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
In return we can offer:
* A genuinely friendly and experienced team
* Excellent CPD and the opportunity to draw on the knowledge and expertise of staff across 16 schools.
* Access to the Teachers' Pension Scheme
* A wellbeing package including an annual term-time wellbeing day and Employee Assistance Programme
* Cycle to work scheme
