SENDCo - 3 to 4 days a week job summary
Could you be our next leader of SENDCO. We are looking for someone who can take our school to the next level following our successful and well-deserved Ofsted report:

We understand their needs... but we need your help and experience to understand them even better and make sure that they are given the best support possible. We have strong aspirations for our students with a real drive for them to achieve alongside high standards and expectations. Our Trauma Perceptive Practice approach aids us in our understanding that behaviour is a form of communication. Seeing is believing to understand our true commitment to giving children the education they deserve! You will always receive a warm and friendly welcome here. Our staff are committed, hard-working and hungry to develop.
This role is not suitable for ECTs. We are looking for established SENDCo's but would also welcome applications from teachers who have experience with deeper SEND processes, who are willing to commit to completing the SEND qualification.

* Hold the SENDCO qualification or who are studying for the qualification and have experience with deeper SEND processes

* Are excited about developing our SEND offer and building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
