Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated HR Executive to join our dynamic human resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, and data management. Responsibilities
* Oversee the utilisation of HRIS systems such as Workday, Taleo, and PeopleSoft to maintain accurate employee records and streamline HR processes.
* Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to facilitate efficient recruitment and onboarding procedures.
* Supervise HR activities including employee onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing engagement initiatives.
* Support management in developing HR strategies aligned with organisational goals through data analysis and reporting.
* Facilitate effective communication between management and staff to promote a positive workplace environment.
* Conduct presentations on HR policies, procedures, and organisational updates to staff at various levels.
* Assist in managing compliance with employment laws and organisational policies.
* Provide guidance on human resources best practices and support management in implementing HR initiatives.
Skills
* Extensive experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, and PeopleSoft.
* Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) for recruitment purposes.
* Strong management skills with previous supervisory experience in human resources or related fields.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of engaging diverse audiences effectively.
* Data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics and generate actionable insights.
* Competence in delivering compelling presentations on HR topics to various stakeholders.
* Knowledge of human resources principles, employment legislation, and organisational policies.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
