Multi‑Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) Location: Runcorn Rate of Pay: £45,000 per annum overtime Our client is seeking a Multi‑Skilled Engineer with a strong Electrical bias to join their team at their Runcorn site. This is a permanent role offering stable hours, excellent overtime rates, and the opportunity to work within a supportive engineering environment. The Role Electrical-focused role ( 75% Electrical / 25% Mechanical ) Installation, servicing, and maintenance of site equipment Carrying out electrical and mechanical calculations Completing risk assessments and ensuring works are carried out safely Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards Providing technical support and guidance to colleagues Attending and resolving breakdowns (overtime paid where required) Requirements Minimum 3 years’ experience in a multi‑skilled or electrical maintenance role Strong working knowledge of electrical codes and standards Proven analytical and fault‑finding skills Domestic electrical qualifications and experience are highly desirable Flexible approach with the ability to respond to breakdowns and call‑outs Working Hours & Overtime Monday to Friday 08:30 – 16:30 (8‑hour shifts / 40 hours per week) Overtime and emergency call‑outs required Overtime Rates: Hours over 40 per week paid at time and a half Sunday call‑outs (day or night) paid at double time Minimum 4‑hour call‑out payment (paid at time and a half) Interested?
