Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (06:00 - 18:00)

* Manage all disciplinary and grievance issues (complaints) in line with HR policy or site agreement
* Report and investigate incidents within the work place and respond to or escalate issues of non compliance to safety regulations and procedures
* Work in conjunction with performance manager to support two way communication to drive high performance across operation in either implementing performance improvements in area of responsibility or facilitating opportunities to provide feedback for identified performance improvements
* Track shift's set up time (start, break for meals, end of the shift) of previous day (Own Shift) per Work Team and Frontline Leadership

* Experience of working within Stock Control & Admin - Essential
* Experience of working to a high standard with Microsoft Packages such as Excel and Word
* Customer relationship management at a senior level: Desirable
* Significant experience in managing a logistics service operating in a third party environment
* People Management: Desirable (Will be responsible for a team of 4)
* Strong Problem solving capabilities are essential for this role
* The successful candidate will have an excellent eye for detail and good data accuracy skills
