Role - Territory Manager
Department: Business Development
Reporting To: Area Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time (On Company Payroll)
CTC: 3.5 - 5.5 LPA
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager Territory to drive business growth across the assigned geography. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy managing sales operations, building strong client relationships, and expanding market presence in a fast-growing logistics and supply chain environment.
Responsibilities
* Manage and grow business through booking associates across the assigned territory
* Oversee branch-level administration, operations, and sales activities
* Monitor and improve pickup and booking capacity for both retail and credit customers
* Drive revenue growth and achieve assigned sales targets
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers directly and through channel partners
* Identify and convert new business opportunities through territory mapping and market coverage
* Conduct price negotiations and periodic business reviews
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
* Monitor competitors and market trends to strengthen business strategy
Required Skills & Competencies
* Strong knowledge of Indian geography and regional markets
* Understanding of supply chain and logistics operations
* Excellent communication skills in English and local language (written & verbal)
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Strong presentation and negotiation skills
* Customer-focused with a results-driven approach
* Good interpersonal and relationship-management skills
* High learning ability and attention to detail
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Any Graduate or Post Graduate.
Experience: 1 to 4 years in a similar Business Development / Territory Sales role
Additional Requirements
* Must have own conveyance.
* Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
* Open to relocation based on business needs.
