Job Description
3. Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face
4. Providing accurate and timely information to customers
5. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
6. Working closely with the customer service team to meet service level agreements
7. Assisting with the resolution of customer complaints
8. Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service procedures and practices
9. Participating in training and development opportunities
10. Adhering to company policies and regulations
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:
