Description
The Digital Experience Assistant is part of the MODEI (Marketing Operations, Digital Experience and Intelligence) team.
This role involves providing administrative coordination for managing and developing digital experiences across websites, microsites, and internal hubs.
Main responsibilities include uploading and publishing content, images, and collateral, ensuring all content is on brand, compliant, and optimized.

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide ongoing support for digital estate management within the firm.
2. Upload and publish content, images, and assets on digital channels such as the DACB website, microsites, and internal hubs.
3. Support firm-wide marketing and BD campaigns by optimizing and monitoring landing pages and microsites.
4. Work closely with the design team to ensure brand compliance and proper application of branding themes and templates.
5. Assist in optimizing digital platforms to enhance user experience and create effective digital journeys.
6. Gather data for web analytics reports using tools like Hotjar and Google Analytics.
7. Assist in implementing SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
8. Suggest ideas for digital channels' optimization and improvement.
9. Conduct website audits and quality assessments regularly.
10. Support management of Google My Business accounts.
11. Ensure uploaded content complies with regulatory requirements and policies.
12. Handle confidential information following the firm's data security protocols.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
1. Basic experience with website content administration using a CMS.
2. Strong organizational skills and interest in digital channels, user experience, and analytics.
3. Good interpersonal skills to engage with colleagues across UK and international offices.
4. Basic analytical skills with willingness to learn advanced tools like Google Analytics, heat mapping, and SEO.
5. Understanding of digital accessibility and W3C guidelines.
6. Basic knowledge of GDPR and data processing on digital platforms.
7. Understanding of web optimization, SEO, and digital touchpoints.
8. Willingness to learn technology to enhance digital visibility and engagement.
9. Ability to work professionally with external suppliers.
10. Experience with process management and risk mitigation for quality and consistency.
