This senior role forms part of the Warwickshire Music Senior Leadership Team and plays a vital part in the effective and efficient management of all business and resource functions that underpin music education delivery across the county. The service is has implemented a new CRM system so you will work alongside the existing Business & Resource Manager to stabilise core processes, troubleshoot system functionality, and support the successful rollout and long-term optimisation of the platform. This role is perfect for someone who can quickly understand complex systems, streamline processes, and deliver both immediate fixes and sustainable operational improvements.
