What You’ll Be Doing
* Providing comprehensive care during client visits, ensuring you are never rushed and can truly connect with those you support.
* Assisting with daily activities including personal care, meal preparation, medication support, and light household tasks.
* Offering genuine companionship and emotional support.
* Keeping accurate and confidential records of care provided. A genuine, caring, and compassionate nature (We can teach skills, but not kindness).
* A full UK driving licence and access to your own car (Essential).
* Reliability, great communication skills, and a positive attitude.
* Flexibility to work shifts, including some evenings and weekends.
* Previous care experience is a bonus, but not required – paid induction training provided.

Pay & Benefits
* Earn £14.04 per hour.
* Paid every Friday for the previous week worked.
* Full pay for all travel time spent between clients, plus 45p per mile mileage reimbursement.
