Job description:
Staff one are looking for experienced care assistants in the Doncaster and Surrounding areas.
We have clients in the care home and domiciliary sector. Shifts are available 7 days a week (long days and nights, shorter shifts are also available) Any last-minute shift requests are expected to be covered.
You will provide support to individuals in a care home or domiciliary setting. You will be responsible for caring for elderly and young adult service users, assisting them with daily tasks and personal care.
You will have a minimum of 3 months experience working in care homes or domiciliary settings, be familiar with health and safety best practice, first aid, patient moving and handling, end of life care, dementia care, Alzheimers care and experience working with mental health and learning disabilities is an advantage.
NVQ in health and social care or care certificate
Mandatory training certificates including practical manual handling.
