The company places a strong emphasis on employee health and well-being, making it a priority in everything they do.” The Role: Accounts Administrator We’re looking for a full-time Accounts Administrator, 35 hours per week (with potential flexibility for part-time arrangements) to join our friendly and supportive accounts team, embracing hybrid working. Reporting to the Accounts Supervisor, you’ll play an important role in supporting the smooth and accurate delivery of day-to-day accounting operations. Your responsibilities will include: Raising and processing customer invoices and payments Processing expense claims Supporting credit control activities Handling purchase orders Updating & maintaining accurate records in our internal systems Performing other ad-hoc work within the accounts department What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone with experience of working in a similar role, preferably within a small to medium sized business where you will have gained a range of experience of the accounts function. Ideally, you will have a positive approach to learning new skills and: Are confident using Microsoft Office Are self-motivated, detail-oriented and enjoy variety in your work Value being part of a close-knit, collaborative team May have experience of using an accounts package like Sage 50 Have advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis) Why Join S2 At S2, we believe our people are our greatest asset.
