Job Title: Sales Support Coordinator
Here at IMG, we are pleased to announce that we are looking for a Sales Support Executive working on a Remote / Hybrid basis, reporting out of our Redhill Office. The position offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience). The Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for providing sales support services to the Regional Sales Managers and Retention Manager.

Role Responsibilities
1. Input quotation data into the system.
2. Operate the diary system to ensure Quote TATs are adhered to.
3. Assist Regional Managers with sales campaigns.
4. Facilitate the TOBA process.
5. Monitor sales inboxes and perform Salesforce administration.
6. Handle corporate and individual quotations.
7. Support Business Development Managers.
Qualifications and Skills
* Sales background.
* Excel and spreadsheet experience.
* IT literacy.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Methodical and organized.
* Good team player.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without supervision.
* Commercial awareness.
