With depots in Avonmouth, Cardiff, Gloucester, Stonehouse and Tewkesbury we operate predominately across the South-West of England. We specialise in Construction, Waste Management, Plant Hire, Demolition and Transport operations. We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident administrator to join our Plant Hire team to assist with liaising with customer enquiries and bookings. What are our core values? We truly believe in a greener future for generations to come. Hours: 8am-5pm Monday - Friday and one Saturday in four (8am-12pm) Salary dependent on experience. Responsibilities for the job role: The role will include responding to and dealing with calls and email enquiries from customers. You will be required to use our plant booking system where full training will be given. Book and schedule on and off hire works as well as liaising with third parties for bookings. The successful candidate will have good computer skills and customer service skills. You will be required to liaise with visitors to the office as well as the our workshop and servicing teams.. Prepare and issue quotes to external and internal customers for plant hire. Reporting breakdowns, liaising with the workshop. Produce internal and external invoices for the department (during colleague's holiday) Update and maintain forward booking schedule Reconciliation of location of plant onsite or on hire Manage purchase ledger for the department Maintain and update records to ensure compliance to industry and company requirements Filing and general administration What can we offer you?
