Billing Manager - Ballymena Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Billing Lead to manage and oversee the billing function, ensuring accurate, timely and efficient invoicing across complex contracts. What Youll Do Lead the billing function, ensuring accurate and timely generation of invoices, credit notes, and contract billing adjustments. Interpret complex contract terms and translate into actionable billing processes. Manage and maintain billing workflows and systems, including automation or system enhancements. Support or mentor team members within the billing function, sharing knowledge and best practices. Liaise with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Operations, and Finance, to resolve billing queries. Assist with reporting, data analysis, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy of accounts receivable and billing data. Participate in audits and quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with financial and internal control policies. Develop and maintain robust processes to minimise billing errors and optimise workflow efficiency. What Youll Need Part-qualified or qualified by experience (e.g., ATI or similar). Significant experience in billing, handling complex invoices or contract billing. Experience working in a deadline-driven finance environment. Experience supporting or mentoring colleagues. Experience with automation or workflow/system improvements. Salesforce or similar CRM platform experience.
