We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Research Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth research on market trends, competitors, customer behavior, and industry developments, and delivering actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
* Conduct primary and secondary research to gather data on markets, competitors, customers, and industry trends.
* Analyze qualitative and quantitative data using statistical methods and tools.
* Prepare clear, concise, and insightful reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings.
* Support business units with research needs for product development, marketing, business strategy, or investment decisions.
* Monitor news, databases, and industry publications to stay updated on relevant developments.
* Design surveys, questionnaires, and interview scripts to collect primary data.
* Evaluate the reliability and validity of research sources and methodologies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, finance, product) to align research with business goals.
* Assist in forecasting, modeling, and scenario analysis as needed.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
* Strong knowledge of statistical tools and software (SPSS, R, Python, or SQL).
* Familiarity with survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) is a plus.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
