Job Description

Manchester City Centre

Hours: Shift work, 7.15pm – 7.15am, 4 on 4 off

Salary: £25,000 per annum, plus 10% Bonus

My client offers high-spec development of 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments in City Centre Manchester, designed with renters in mind. The apartments feature luxury interiors, flexible lease options, and a range of prices and layouts, providing a contemporary city living experience with a community focus.

The development boasts stylish, spacious apartments with excellent amenities, offering residents a comfortable and stress-free environment.


Role Responsibilities

* Maintain a clean and tidy environment for residents and staff
* Coordinate daily operations to ensure quality service delivery
* Organise maintenance works and communicate details to residents
* Manage resident parcels and address related queries
* Process invoices to facilitate smooth payments and deliveries
* Communicate effectively with residents, contractors, and team members
* Monitor security, including GDPR compliance, building walks, and access control
* Report incidents and serious issues to management
* Proactively organize daily operations and pay attention to detail
* Organize resident events to foster community engagement
* Conduct health and safety checks regularly


Role Expectations

* Complete assigned tasks for smooth operations
* Provide clear handovers to the next shift
* Comply with health, safety, and security policies
* Deliver 5-star customer service to residents
* Follow policies and procedures to ensure operational compliance


Candidate Profile

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Experience in front-of-house or customer service roles
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Professional presentation and confident demeanor
* Organized, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks
* A team player with a responsible attitude
* Understanding of health and safety principles (desirable)
