We are looking for true running enthusiasts who can channel their personal passion into technical knowledge, helping our customers smash their personal bests and find the perfect gear. Roles & Responsibilities As our ‘go-to’ running team, you will provide an excellent level of support to our community across phone, webchat, email, and social media. You will: • Share Your Expertise: Deliver specialist running advice and deep technical knowledge to help customers choose the right gear for their goals. • Be the Voice of Sportsshoes.com: Answer queries warmly, build quick rapport, and empathize with runners of all levels—from 5k beginners to ultra-marathoners. • Goals: Maintain the highest standards of customer care, balancing your daily response times and performance KPIs. Shift Patterns & Flexibility Our team works on a rotating shift pattern: • Weekday Shifts (On a Rota Basis): 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM | 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM • Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (worked once a month on a rota basis) • Peak Season: A willingness to put in extra hours when times are busy, particularly during our peak period (November – February).
