Lecturer in Fashion Design and Business [Ref: BRTN0663]
Brighton MET College, part of the Chichester College Group.
Professor is paid on a pro‑rate basis of £27,785 – £43,325 per annum (equivalent to £22,228 – £34,660).
The role requires 29.6 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.
The Lecturer will play a central role in delivering high‑quality teaching, learning and assessment to a cohort of engaged and ambitious students. Through expertise and enthusiasm the Lecturer will motivate learners, nurture their creative potential and prepare them for progression into higher education or employment within the fashion and wider creative industries. In addition, the Lecturer will contribute to curriculum development, quality improvement and the continued success and reputation of the programme.

* Strong subject knowledge across fashion design, textiles and fashion business
* A commitment to student‑centred, inclusive teaching
* Enthusiasm for contemporary and sustainable practice
* The ability to work collaboratively within a creative team
* Level 3 (or equivalent) in a related subject
