Description Address: Stowmarket High School, Stowmarket, Suffolk IP14 1QR Salary: £24,102 - £27,118 per annum (£29,023 - £32,654 pro rata) Hours: 37 hours per week, 38 weeks per year Contract: Permanent. We are looking to appoint a caring SEN/SEMH practitioner to take responsibility for coordinating interventions for SEN/SEMH students. The role will support students with SEMH needs, ensuring the correct interventions are delivered; and promote inclusive strategies in the classroom. You will: have a keen interest in promoting mental health have an understanding of the approaches to SEN/SEMH have experience of delivering interventions have good communications skills, both oral and written be able to remain calm under pressure be able to manage their own workload effectively and have good prioritisation skills be wholly dedicated to safeguarding pupils.
