Key Responsibilities:
* Support teaching and learning within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
* Assist in delivering engaging, child-led activities
* Promote children's social, emotional, and academic development
* Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
* Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
* Experience working within an Early Years setting in a primary school
* A nurturing, proactive, and reliable approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
