Hours: Full-time, Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm About the Role: We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and discreet Executive Administrator to support the Chairman's Office. This role requires a confident administrator with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality. Executive Administrator Responsibilities: Provide efficient administrative support to the Chairman's Office staff, utilising MS Office Suite and internal software, ensuring discretion and confidentiality at all times. Organise meetings and manage associated logistics, including booking rooms, arranging catering, greeting visitors, and offering refreshments. Requisition and maintain office supplies and stationery for the Chairman's Office. Undertake any other administrative or secretarial duties commensurate with the role.The ideal Executive Administrator will have / be: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and willingness to learn internal software systems. Attention to detail with strong record-keeping and file management skills
