Customer Team Member

Location: 67-71 Portland Road, Hove, BN3 5DQ

Pay: £12.60 per hour

Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time

Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (11pm) and weekends, to be discussed at interview


What youll do

* Friendly and thoughtful service – put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co‑op products and Membership, and doing all you can to deliver a great shopping experience
* Work together to make everyones day better – support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
* Keep the store safe and legal – keep shelves stocked and ensure prices, dates and temperatures are correct
* Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together
* Support your local community – get involved in all kinds of activities and events
