The Head of Talent, Learning & Development is responsible for developing solutions in conjunction with Human Resource Business Partners and leaders in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent through end-to-end ownership of recruitment, learning and development, and early careers programmes. The role exists to build the capabilities, leadership depth, and talent pipeline required to deliver Weetabixs long-term growth ambition. As a critical Centre of Excellence within HR, the role designs and delivers Weetabix-wide strategies that ensuring the organisation consistently attracts great people, develops high-performing teams, and creates clear pathways for career growth. The Recipe (About the Role) Lead the end-to-end talent agenda, including recruitment, learning & development, early careers, and talent pipeline planning. Develop and implement a future-focused talent strategy aligned with business growth, customer impact, and innovation. Embed the Brilliant People Strategy to attract, develop, and retain talent effectively. Oversee the learning and development framework, including leadership and career pathway programs. Scale early careers programs and collaborate with HRBP and HRLT to enhance succession planning and internal mobility. Support organisational growth and change readiness, including brand opportunities and M&A integration. Utilise data and best practices to continuously improve talent solutions and measure their impact. The Ingredients (What we need from you) Key Know How: Deep expertise in Learning & Development, with Recruitment and Early Careers experience desirable.
