Sales Manager – New MG Dealership | Norwich
We are excited to be opening a brand-new MG dealership in Norwich, and are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the Sales team and drive the success of this new venture.
As part of the well-established, family-owned Thurlow Nunn group, this is a rare opportunity to take a leadership role at the forefront of a new franchise launch, helping shape the future of the MG brand in the region.
About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day performance of the Sales Department, including new and used vehicle sales, profitability, customer experience, and team leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading, managing, and coaching the Sales team to achieve volume and profit targets
* Maintaining exceptional levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Managing stock levels and vehicle mix to meet customer needs
* Organising and supporting promotional events to drive awareness and footfall
* Ensuring compliance with all internal processes and manufacturer standards
* Driving customer retention and maximising repeat business opportunities
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a confident and capable leader with a proven track record in a similar role. Ideally, you will have:
* Previous experience as a Sales Manager within a main franchise dealership
* Strong leadership and team development skills
* Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship abilities
* Commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems
* A full UK driving licence

Salary
OTE £55,000.00
Hours
Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm, Saturday 8.30am to 5.00pm, Sunday to 4.00pm 5 day week
