With nationwide reach, regional expertise, and a commitment to excellent service, we are well-positioned to support our clients now and in the future Role Overview: Provide effective and efficient administrative support for the fleet function including maintaining the fleet database and insurance system, running and compiling reports, booking in services and repairs, vehicle allocations and driving licence checks. Key Responsibilities: Ensure vehicle database is fully up to date with all relevant information Ensure live fleet is fully insured and has a valid MOT and road tax Administer insurance claims including liaising with managers and the insurance company as appropriate Run fuel reports and analyse usage for Senior Management Team Process new starters including: allocating an appropriate vehicle, arranging for trackers and livery, updating fleet management system, and undertaking driving license checks Arrange service and repairs of vehicles with approved suppliers, including replacement vehicles as appropriate Run and compile meaningful reports on driver behaviour and either act upon or escalate as per Group policy Monitor mileage across the fleet to ensure that vehicles are rotated as appropriate to ensure efficiency Processing ‘Notices of Intended Prosecutions’ Be first point of contact for driving complaints Any other duties commensurate with position Skills & Experience Previous practical experience within a Fleet administration role or similar Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices and fleet operations Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel) Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong communication and interpersonal skills What we offer?
