What You’ll Need: Chef experience in a nursery, school or healthcare environment Knowledge of allergies, special diets and child nutrition Strong skills in budgeting, planning and stock management Valid Food Hygiene Certificate Availability to start mid-December What You’ll Do: Prepare healthy, age-appropriate meals and snacks throughout the day. Create weekly menus in line with budgets, dietary requirements and nutritional guidance. Manage allergy information, special diets and safe food handling procedures. Oversee stock control, kitchen cleanliness and all food hygiene standards. Work closely with nursery staff to support smooth, safe mealtime routines.
