Job Description
3. You the Junior buyer will identify and source new products that align with consumer trends and company objectives.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts.
5. Work cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams to promote products.
6. Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
7. Ensure product availability and timely delivery.
8. Comply with all relevant industry regulations.
9. Manage junior members of your team.
10. Provide insightful feedback and reporting to senior management.
The Successful Applicant
11. Currently an Esblised Assistant Buyer, Senior Assistant Buyer, Junior Buyer or simialer
12. Highly organised
13. Strong communication and presentation skills
14. Analytical
15. Solid commercial awareness
16. Creative
17. Understanding of the supply chain
18. Ability to independently grow a product range
19. Administrative and accuracy skills
20. IT skills including Excel
