We are looking to recruit an experienced recruitment consultant to join our finance department at Service Care Solutions. As a Senior finance recruitment consultant, you will liaise with senior professionals daily, so strong communication skills are essential. Given the market size and progression opportunities, this position suits someone competitive, ambitious, and passionate about delivering high-quality service.
About You:
* Previous finance recruitment experience is highly desirable, within permanent or temporary finance recruitment.
* A proven track record in business development and growing your market.
* Experience in generating new business leads, signing terms with clients, and driving recruitment sales.
* Ability to manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers.
