We are seeking a dedicated and personable Hotel Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Duties
* Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
* Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
* Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
* Maintain accurate records of bookings and reservations.
* Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, providing information about the hotel and its services.
* Assist with guest services, including recommendations for local attractions and dining options.
* Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Process payments and manage cash handling accurately.
* Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a friendly environment.
Experience
* Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
* Strong guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences.
* Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous, enhancing communication with international guests.
* Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with hotel management software is beneficial but not essential; training will be provided.
