We're looking for a Catering Assistant who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules.
We are looking for someone who is a team player and willing to learn, someone who is flexible with their time and follows compliancy regulations.
We are seeking someone who is willing to travel to other sites to work and can confidently work independently.
All training is provided.

Location: Russells Hall Hospital, Guest Hospital, Corbett Hospital
Role Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and maintain dining and service areas, including furniture, trolleys, and cleaning equipment.
2. Serve food in correct portions and wash dishes, cutlery, and catering equipment.
3. Clean all catering areas daily and follow health and safety standards.
4. Handle cash collection, banking, and maintain records and procedures.
5. Communicate effectively with customers, managers, and colleagues to deliver excellent service.
6. Attending guest and Corbett hospitals when required

What we're looking for:
13. Previous catering experience in a similar environment (desirable).
14. experience with a coffee machine (desirable)
15. Basic Food Hygiene and Health & Safety certificates (training provided if not held).
16. Adequate numeracy, literacy, and communication skills.
